Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information

Last updated: 2026-05-08

1. Our position

We do not sell personal information and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising as those terms are defined under the California Consumer Privacy Act (Cal. Civ. Code § 1798.140 et seq.). Most marketing sites that publish a Do Not Sell page do so because they sell or share. We're publishing this page so you have the link California law requires, and so we can document our opt-out mechanism.

2. Opt out of analytics

The closest thing we operate to “sale or sharing” is the privacy-respecting Vercel Analytics that runs on this site. To opt out of all analytics:

  • Click “Manage cookies” in the footer (when the cookie banner is live) and toggle analytics off.
  • Or set the flag manually in your browser's developer console:
    localStorage.setItem('no_track', '1')
Then refresh the page. Your opt-out persists on your device until you clear browser storage.
  • Or send a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal from your browser — for example, by enabling GPC in Brave, Firefox, or DuckDuckGo's Privacy Browser. We honour GPC as a request to opt out of analytics on first visit.

3. Authorised agents

You may use an authorised agent to submit an opt-out request on your behalf. Email hello@insights-2.com with proof of the agent's authority (a signed permission letter or a power of attorney). We may need to verify your identity directly before acting.

4. Other CCPA rights

Beyond the right to opt out, California residents have rights to know, correct, and delete personal information we hold about them. To exercise any of these, see our Privacy Policy section 8 (Your rights), or email the address above. We respond within 30 days and won't discriminate against you for asking.

5. Right to complain

If we don't resolve your concern, you can complain to the California Privacy Protection Agency or the California Attorney General.
